As a Nutritional Therapist and Advanced Weight Loss Practitioner, I take a practical approach to health. I will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances. I analyse an individual’s health and lifestyle which assists me to understand how these may contribute to their symptoms and health concerns.
I consider each individual to be unique, I address nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health which includes the design of a personalised Healthy Lifestyle program.
